A Thousand Tomorrows by Karen Kingsbury
Yet again, Karen Kingsbury had me glued to one of her books.
A Thousand Tomorrows is about Ali a barrel horse rider and Cody a bull rider. They both are driven to participate in these events, for different personal reasons. Both with walls built around themselves to protect their secrets.
I don’t want to spoil this book, so I’m not going to say much else. Except; had trouble putting it down, finished it in one and half days. At times I was laughing and crying. May want to keep a tissue box nearby; needed them throughout this one.
Karen includes a reading group guide in the back of this book. This makes a great start for any book club or friends that get together.
Looking forward to reading; ‘Just Beyond the Clouds’ the second book in The Cody Gunner Series.
